POLICIES

We want you to be satisfied with everything you order from us.  All of our hand-crafted signs are unique.  No two items even if from the same series will be identical, that is the nature of original hand crafted art.  We take pride in our work and will make each piece as perfect possible.  Each piece is thoroughly inspected before we ship it.

All of our personalized, custom and handcrafted signs are made to order.  We will begin creating your sign as soon as your order is processed.  Please allow two to three weeks for most orders to be completed.  We will send you an email when your sign is complete.

We use payment services through PayPal.com exclusively for credit card transactions to ensure that your credit card purchases will always be secure.

We also accept money orders, cashier checks and personal checks. (There will be a 10-day waiting period until a personal check clears the issuing bank before we ship your sign.) Money order and cashier checks are processed immediately.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We carefully package each item individually to ensure its safe arrival: however if a product is damaged during shipping, please notify us WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt for a credit or replacement. 

PRIVACY
We respect your privacy
Personal information collected in the course of a transaction remains completely confidential. This information will only be used for the purpose of processing and shipping your order, unless you have specified otherwise by requesting to be added to our mailing list.  All information submitted by our customers will be protected and never shared with third parties.
We do not collect “cookies”, do not send SPAM emails and will never sell your personal information to other vendors or mailing lists.
